Development of integrated EHS management system in compliance with the requirements of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and EHS MS implementation at the company branches (Reftinskaya, Sredneuralskaya, Konakovskaya and Nevinnomysskaya thermal power plants and Moscow Headquarters.) The main responsibilities consisting in: setting documented procedures, implementation of the described subprocesses, trainings, internal audits, reporting, environmental risk assessment, remediation plans. Responsible for the Environmental Induction at the Headquarters.

Support and coordination of ISO 14001 EMS development and implementation, environmental risk assessments.

Site inspections, contractors management, environmental induction and internal trainings. Interaction with authorities. Environmental and sustainability report. Responsible for the Warning System for air pollution (the system is shared with the Regional Environmental Authorities and the other 2 power plants in vicinities). Monitoring and control for the proper operation of the emissions abatement plants (ESP, FGD, effluent treatment plant, separators etc.)

Side walks, control of contractors' method statements and risk assessment. Assisting the Health and Safety Manager in the daily activities on the project for Refurbishment and modernization of Maritsa East 3 TPP.

Working as Subcontractor of Enel Produzione in the project for Refurbishment of Maritsa East 3 power plant. Main responsibilities: translation and consulting on the contract, interarction with the client and the operation of the power plant, preparation of reports, simultaneous or written translations from English to Bulgarian and viceversa.

Organizing all steps of the marketing surveys of the Bulgarian, Greek and Serbian seeds and plant protection products markets.
