• Managing HSE department and Responsible for: Ensuring development and enhancement of IMS compliant with ISO 9001, 14001 and OSHAS 18001; developed HSE Policies, Goals, Plans; leading safety committees. Assured compliance with safety and environmental regulations and contractor safety. Assured the quality and consistency of HSE input and output with the design and tender documentation (loss prevention philosophies, Hazardous Area Classification, Fire zoning, Specifications for F&G detection, Fire protection, Fire proofing, SIS (ESD, EDS) specifications, Dispersion Studies and QRA). Participated in HAZID, HAZOP, SIL and ALARP studies held in the Netherlands during FEED stage. Taking part in EPC contractor pre-qualification, tender evaluation and etc for Jordan Power Plant project. Playing major role in development of Mining HSE & Operations Manual and other procedures for Jordan mining project.
