• • Ensure that current and project compensation is calculated for injection objects • Prepare a project of technical regulations of injection and water supply wells. • Prepare suggestions and ensure the conduct of the required and approved complex well survey of injection and water supply wells and pilot operations (polymers, hot water). • Monitoring the trend of injection wells and analyzing the effects of the interventions. • Monitoring of the implementation of the technical regulations of injection and water supply wells, on time, determine the causes of deviations from the technical regulations of well operation and develop measures to eliminate them. • To ensure effective organization and ongoing monitoring of the technical regulations of the injection and water supply wells, regular well survey during well operations to implement efficient exploitation system of the field. • Ensure the collection and quality control of field information of the injection well operation. • Ensure control of the quality of the injected water and other working agents of the field. • Prepare and provide the timely report of injection and water supply wells and pilot operations (polymers, hot water). • Monitor the affections of injection wells on the surrounding production wells, including injection agent temperature and volumes, pressure, water cuts, flowing (working) levels, and fluid temperature. • Organize well testing, well logging, chemical-analytical analyses, prepare schedules, requests and monitor their execution, the quality and scope of works, take a participate in researches, and prepare documentation. • Prepare a list of wells requiring workover, make proposals to the manager of the filed geology group, and participate in the planning of the workover. • Control the certainty and completeness of the data provided to the database of the field, the daily well's reports made by other field specialists relating to the reservoir repressing system, injection and water supply wells, pilot operations (polymers, hot water).

• Control of the well stock field database recording. • Controlling of providing daily reports on time. • Control of the well survey and production logging work schedule. • Control of the works performing during workover. • To supervise and participate in the main operations of the production process, to control the compliance of the technical regulations, the production regulations, and the parameters of the producing wells, take actions to correct the deviations. • Monitoring of the wells stock's status and changes, its structure, the accordance of the purpose to the wells type, and the status of the operation. • To determine the reasons for the deviation from the technological regulations of well operations, promptly and regularly prepare geological and technical activities for optimization and improvement of well operation, and to take action to reduce the number of wells out of operation. • Analyze production and injection, of the mutual influences of wells and of the balance of production volumes and the injection of working agents to implement an efficient exploitation system. • To submit project proposals for the development of activities and plans for the preparation of technological regulations of the operation wells, for the optimization and stimulation of production and oil recovery, for gas and water isolation of the inflow, sand control, and low well production, field well testing, well logging and chemical-analytical research to monitor efficient exploitation. • Ensure the effective organization and continuous monitoring of the operation of the wells' stock, the conduct of regular logging, well surveys during the field development and further wells operation, accept and control the correct primary geological records for efficient exploitation system. • Control the dynamics of the output of well, water cut, water flow, and other working agents by supporting contacts with engineers, production foremen, and subdivision managers. • Monitor the affections of injection wells on the surrounding production wells, including injection agent temperature and volumes, pressure, water cuts, flowing (working) levels, and fluid temperature. • To organize control measurements of output of well and fluid samples from producing wells, and check measurements of intake capacity of well, temperature, and pressure at the wellhead. • To take part in the treatment of the bottomhole formation zone, straightening the oil flow, prepare reports of the completed work with comparative data and calculation of the increase/loss of production, and provide it to the development department.

• Daily analyses of oil production dynamics and volumes of injected working agents. • Control dynamics of fluid rates, water cut, water discharge rate, and other working agents’ measurements. • Ensure control over the influence of injection wells to production wells located around, including volumes, pressure, the temperature of injected agents and rates, water cut, fluid rates, and temperature of produced fluids. • Take participation in the preparation of schedules, requests for hydrodynamic, chemical-analytic researches and control the process, quality, and scope of works and issues associated documents. • Control authenticity and completeness of data to be recorded by production dept. and other depts. in the field database and daily well reports. • Prepare completed work reports indicating comparative data and considering increase/loss of production/injection and submit them to direct Supervisor. • Prepare source documents, receives and registers incoming well materials, controls the correctness of documents and deal with well logs, update them during well operations and following instructions and requirements, save archive well materials in the field.

• Daily checking the air quality. • Daily checking the breathing apparatus, • Daily checking cascade systems, gas detectors, audible and visual alarms, wind direction indicators. • Instructing new arrivals to the well site. • Briefing of hydrogen sulfide, its origins, hazards. • Actions upon to detection of hydrogen sulfide. • Demonstration of proper use of breathing apparatus. • Checking knowledge of hydrogen sulfide after the briefing. • The issuance of the name badge of the hydrogen sulfide course.

Maintenance and repair of drilling equipment and tools. Providing timely and necessary assistance to the driller. Preparation and holding drilling operations.
