I was also responsible for other clients and projects as and when required such as, KCA Deutag, BJ Services, ERSAI, CTR, HERTEL who are all connected to Aker project Search, selection and provision of candidates for review/selection as per manning plan /offshore schedule Conduct preliminary interview and rate negotiations with all candidates Identify and respond to any ongoing staffing needs on the project(s) As an Industrial Relations Manager has visited offshore D-Island to represent Bolashak, such as client visits, employee welfare visits, resolving any offshore workers problems / labor and/or social issues Managed the Logistics staff for mobilization and demobilization of staff as per manning plan Ensure all personnel are briefed and complete all mandatory training, such as Blue Book Work closely with the HSE Manager and Technical Director for the control of all technical / and legislative documentation and advise on documents between Bolashak- Atyrau LLP, Aker Solutions, CTR (Caspian Technical Resources) and Atyrau Nefte Mash, such as X-Ray results, Mechanical testing results, NDT results etc during welder testing, trade testing of platers, pipefitters etc Member of the HSE Technical / Committee within Bolashak for internal review and coordination of all legislative documentation required by authorities within Kazakhstan Supplying specimen CV’s of Technical and Trades people, such as Commissioning Engineers, Technicians for potential Bolashak proposal to AGIP KCO for Onshore/Offshore Commissioning Project and other potential projects.
