Creating and developing of the non-comformities management system at the PDH-2 EPSS project

1. Monitoring of main process equipment contracting progress. Provide communications between the design organization and equipment suppliers in order to conclude contracts as soon as possible, taking into account the requirements of the project. 2. Monitoring of equipment design and fabrication progress. Development of a production control system at suppliers, periodic inspections at manufacturing plants to visually monitor manufacturing progress, solve emerging problems at production, provide communications between the construction site, design organization and equipment manufacturers. Setting up of the Equipment with quality documentation and shipping documentation. 3. Organization of work on acceptance tests and shipment of equipment, control of the logistics process for delivery of goods to the site and customs clearance. 4. Control over the provision of cargo storage conditions at the construction site and the organization of the cargo accounting system at the project warehouses.

 Development of procedures, organization and management of incoming control process for the arrived equipment and materials;  Organization of Contractor's activities on timely provision of the quality documents for delivered goods.

 Control and management of the Contractor’s OSD team activities for all issues related to reports on overages, shortages and damages of equipment and materials arrived at the construction site;  Control of the work performed, analysis of the deadlines for eliminating comments;  Checking of elimination of comments regarding deliveries with revealed shortages, damaged materials, defects on equipment;  Routine work with Russian and foreign vendors (organization and heading the meetings and conferences among General Contractor, Contractor and vendors’ specialists and business correspondence regarding the elimination of comments from the IC acts);  Solving of issues relating to the procurement of materials for testing and commissioning works of Fuel gas skids, fired heaters and diesel emergency generators;  Checking for the availability of technical documentation, certificates of quality and taking measures to bring them to the construction site as soon as possible;  Preparation of the reports on procurement of main process equipment;  Maintaining job on effective development of capital investment plan in the frame of EPC contract implementation.

 Organization and control of the transfer process of materials and equipment for commissioning and spares for 2 years of operation as well from the General Contractor warehouses to the Construction and Operation teams;  Monitoring of the Subcontractors’ activities in an arrangement of materials and equipment procurement for the Central process facilities, Gathering Systems and Export gas pipelines (pipes, fittings, valves, gaskets, bolt&nuts and etc.);  Reviewing and approval of the project documentation in the scope of material requisitions, bill of quantities and etc.;  Conducting of technical bids evaluation of potential suppliers, audits of enterprises and potential suppliers;  Participation in the kick-off and others meetings in the scope of supplies, expediting of purchasing and manufacture status;  Maintaining correspondence with subcontractors and suppliers in the scope of procurement  Monitoring of purchasing and manufacture status, dead line management of supplies in the frame of communication with contractors in order to timely providing an information about the exist status of supplies

 Organization and control of the transfer process of materials and equipment for commissioning and spares for 2 years of operation as well from the General Contractor warehouses to the Construction and Operation teams;  Dealing with all issues relating to the EPC contractual segregation of the scope of supply (development of supplementary agreements and approval with a General Contractor including the supply of commissioning and spares for 2 years operation);  Expediting of process for manufacture of equipment for the project facilities at the Russian vendor shops, dealing with all issues related to the acceleration of the manufacturing and shipping process, as well as the removal of outstanding technical issues arising at the manufacturing process;  Conducting of technical bids evaluation of potential suppliers, audits of enterprises and potential suppliers;  Maintaining correspondence with subcontractors and suppliers in the scope of procurement.

Running the procurement department and warehouse facilities in particular:  Execution of orders for missing on stock materials;  Daily work with foreign vendors (business correspondence regarding the elimination of comments from IC acts and scheduled deliveries for new materials and equipment),  Monitoring the marking of incoming equipment on the territory of warehouse storage areas;  Organization and control of incoming inspection for the materials, chemicals and spare parts of equipment;  Operational interaction with the departments of logistics, customs control, regarding the supply and custom clearing process of received goods;  Managing of work on the reception, storage and write-off of materials;  Control and maintenance of order in the territories of storage of materials;  Control under the implementation of the movement of materials in the accounting system adopted by the company;  Organization of conducting internal inventories and annual reconciliation of actual balances in storage areas by the forces of subordinate personnel;  Arrangement of activities for the reduction of illiquid assets.
