Daily welding reports, making the check-lists certifying the quality of work performed. -Check the installation of the pipeline material compliance with requirements of drawings / specifications. -Making the check-lists and preparation of technical documentation for the delivery of construction projects in accordance with customer requirements. -Acquisition of technical documentation for delivery of construction projects in accordance with customer requirements. -Quality control of the paint work (visual inspection, the ability to use the appropriate equipment, execution control checklists, acts of the hidden works) -Control and management of framework for the ready spools (pipebook), registration and filing of applications for PWHT and non-destructive testing. -Acceptance and checking documentation, collection the test packages for hydro test. -Prepare and sending Notification for inspection(NFI). Developing and tracking a weld process database; -Monitoring PWHT/NDT to release fabricated piping spools for painting; -Coordinating with NDT sub-contractors for outstanding project NDT requirements. -To check/review and provide red line/as-built on all which is drawings having site modifications; -Documentation preparation before hydro-test and acceptance after hydro-test ( Supported by QC Engineer) -Able to interpret the drawings
