Architects (20 engineers). 1998-2006: • On-site integration & deployment engineer, Test Engineer, Level-2 (TAC), Level-3 (TEC) Support roles undertaken. Data, Access and Next Generation Voice Networks and Applications. • Member of Alcatel’s International Customer Services team; worldwide deployments & support. • Assigned to Alcatel CIT (France) NGN projects & delivered to Monaco Telecom, France Telecom, SFR, Keyyo, British Telecom, Brasil Telecom, VNPT & supported other worldwide customer deployments. • Critical Nortel to Alcatel Live Migrations; Alcatel Softswitch HP to SUN HW Live migrations delivered. • Deployed and supported Alcatel’s 5020 Softswitch, MGWs, xDSL, Ascend RAS, ATM switches. • TTNET country wide roll-out Data, Access, VOIP network POPs commissioned and accepted.
