1. Developed new Cloud business strategy that caused new incremental revenue in addition to traditional distribution sales. Worked with vendors to expand Cloud proposition
2. Developed Cloud Solution Provider strategy. Result MUK have applied for Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP). I have justified business plan, agreed with Microsoft and been approved for Microsoft CSP direct. Developed and executed MUK Cloud business plan, hired staff in Belarus, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan. I have conducted RFI and selected billing solution supervised deployment process.
3. Contributed to International business expand. Developed Oracle VAD business plan inc. channel development plan for the Caucasus and Central Asia. Have applied for contract expansion for CIS. Result: Won high-competitive bit and honed to receive Oracle VAD stratus in the Caucasus and central Asia (9 Countries).
4. Managed Oracle & Microsoft business units (10+ employees). I have reorganized Microsoft team, hired new staff, set up roles and motivation. As the result increased Microsoft market share from 18% to 36% within 4 disti in Ukraine.
