Lead contract activities, from commercial and finance aspects, through the execution of a World Class Maintenance level of one of the most Complex Plant, with high pressure Sour Gas re-injection(6%H2S-550 bar), Plus export gas, flash gas compression plants, Power Generation plant by managing a team of expert Contract & Finance Controllers, Site Supervisors, Planners, Quality & EHS Managers and sub-contractors during Maintenance, Upgrade, Commissioning and Start-up. Reviewed & investigated the plants performances KPI's, ensuring high level of reliability and production flawless.
Review the maintenance philosophy; structured the Team to integration btw Expatriates and local personnel, elevated the local team to a High World standard, emphasising & rewarding the Local Talents.
Through my guidance, the plant achieved availability from 60% to100% in three months, reducing downtime costs and loss of production.
Once plant highest reliability was achieved, the expansion project was planned and executed during a plant turnaround. I organized and coordinate the modification with +300 locals, and 10 expatriates. The upgrade was successfully completed 1wk in advance, with 6% power increase and +25% injected flow rate, highly profitable.
