Creating long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines - Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them - Coordinate and manage the review and expertise the detail design documents, specifications, drawings, bill of quantities, cost-estimates and other related technical documents - Arrangement and support of the procurement process for the project, including preparation of procurement documents package, planning and implementation - Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project - Supporting the coordination, integration and interface between the concurrent projects of similar nature - Perform other tasks and duties, as may be assigned or required by office management - Carrying out daily site visits to maintain a safe working environment within the area of responsibility. - To ensure that scaffolding is compliant with current guidelines and regulations. - Ensure a duty of care to all employees on the project – maintaining a safe working environment, and supporting the mental health and wellbeing of all staff. - Manage scaffolding stock onsite, ensuring they are delivered safely and efficiently to the place of work. - To co-ordinate and be consulted on human resource processes, such as new members of staff, leavers, disciplinary meetings, pay increases and employing new labour. - Liaising with Site Supervisors/Client to ensure scaffold is scheduled, delivered and installed as per company procedure. - Plan programme of works to ensure work is completed on time and to budget. - Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with employees across all levels. - To ensure handover certificates are completed. - To attend meetings with the H&S Manager to investigate any H&S incidents and have a strong interfacing relationship on site with the H&S team

- Supervise all scaffolding activities in yard - Monitor/supervise the scaffold activities to improve productivity at site. - Monitor and manage the scaffolding HSE responsibility at site and to attend Morning Toolbox Talks. - Plans and supervises the daily scaffolding activities. - Keep a record of budget issues between the ordering company and the contracting company. - Calculate the additional time and cubic meters of work done in cubes or hours and the work done by the company - Prepare the plan of the pre-ordered scaffolding a few days in advance and prepare the materials suitable for the work in that area until the day the work starts - Record the working hours of subordinate employees - Report the cubes of scaffolding erected or dismantled by the subordinates, to solve the budget issues with the client company based on the report and to calculate and provide bonuses for them when they deliver work in addition to the work they are supposed to deliver. - Conduct daily meetings with supervisors of the client company, receiving reports of delivered work and accepting new work - Check compliance of the reports provided by the client company

- Assist Project Management with the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the Project Specific Safety Plan - Provide guidance to ensure compliance with all safety policies - Provides updates on safety items - Develop a zero injury safety culture on the project - Conduct weekly documented jobsite safety inspections - Direct orientations for all new project workers - Identify project trends and execute proactive safety initiatives to eliminate incidents - Report all incidents in an effective and timely manner - Define, implement and lead processes for risks, hazards and opportunity identification and determine resources required to execute. - Conduct incident investigations based on incident classification and liaise with engineers, management and health and safety regulatory authorities to identify causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence - Participate in inspections, audits (internal / external) and investigation processes - Supervise excavation, welding, lifting process (HS part) Reveal all unsafe situations and lacks in doc during excavation process - Supervise work of staff of site and give appropriate recommendations to HS subordinates in Safety regulation on site get their feedback about the situation and rise up issues to the higher management

- Main responsibilities: Monitor/supervise the scaffold activities to improve productivity at site. - Monitor and manage the scaffolding HSE responsibility at site and to attend morning Toolbox Talks - Monitor the weekly and monthly scaffolding progress measurement. - Supervise and lead General Foreman, foremen, skilled labour, and work crews in all activities concerned with scaffolding works aspect of a construction project - Optimize resources (manpower, equipment and materials) to ensure efficient and timely completion of the project. - Follow policies, procedures and work practices, and developing improvements where necessary - Monitor and track daily progress and work completed, comparing planned to actual. - Ensure compliance with the plan, based on knowledge of available manpower, equipment, materials, and in cooperation with planning engineer and project management - Ensure that the foremen understand and implement the work plan, by explaining and engaging in pro‐ active communication with the crews - Review quantities of materials received or used during specified periods, minimize wastage and inefficiency

Provide an inspection program for all scaffold - Ensure all scaffold material are good condition and free from defects - Plan and supervise the daily scaffolding activities. - Maintenance Scaffolding Services are carried out within budget - Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing - Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues. - Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters. - Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures - Ensure training, tool box meetings are implemented as part of the company - Assist in the development of project specific HSE procedures. - Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees. - Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards. - Ensuring that equipment is installed correctly/safely - Making regular site inspections - Making recommendations following accidents/incidents - Investigating/recording incidents, accidents, complaints and cases of ill health - Undertaking risk assessments - Identifying potential hazards - Determining ways of reducing risks

- Daily inspection of worksite and reporting - Ensure that Behavioural Based Safety program is implemented - Inspect & Make sure Emergency Response Plan requirements are in place - Review the Method Statement and Task Risk Assessment - Attend to Incident Investigation and follow the actions to be closed. - Ensure Safety Arrangement Plan requirements in place and Safety Barriers and Signs are in place - Audit the Permit to Work process implementation - Lead by example to project personnel - Ensure all vehicles, plant and equipment are inspected and records available ties

- Participate in project progress meeting and provides input related to the status of scaffolding works. - Exercise strict control over the cost associated with the scaffolding. - The proper use of the scaffold and the appropriate handling of materials on the scaffold - The maximum intended load and the load-carrying capacities of the scaffolds used - Inspection and execution of scaffolding - Conducting of risk assessment for all scaffold activities - Site visits, site safety reports, attending meeting with client - Report to client about safety and scaffold issues - Weekly safety walk through and meeting with senior department

- Directing scaffold crews as per job site - Ordering materials for jobs - Lead and control Scaffolders engaged in all activities concerned with the civil works. - Ability to optimize resources (manpower, equipment and materials) to ensure efficient and timely completion of the works. - Able to demonstrate good organizational skills, following policies, procedures and work practices. - Command respect of own workforce, and develop excellent working relationships with all other department personnel
