Organization of operations in dedicated parking zone - Control of transport flow and entrance to the dedicated zone - Implementation of desicions of Transport management and parking access procedures - Supervisiory of volunteers in the dedicated zone

- Planning and delivering Test Events, mainly aimed to check the readiness of Transport services for the Games. - Coordinating organization and delivery of Test events through whole Transport Directorate. - Planning and delivering the cycling sport events, which needed big scaled road closures in Baku city during the Games. - Organizing and coordinating the road closures in Baku city with key Governmental structures, as well as throughout other functions in BEGOC. - Translation of main documents related to Special Projects activities. - Coordinating work of Police and BEGOC staff during the Games. - Ensure secure and well-organized road closures during the Games.

- Translate news field and different interviews with economical and political content. - Check original texts or confer with authors to ensure that translations retain the content, meaning, and feeling of the original material. - Check translations of technical terms and terminology to ensure that they are accurate and remain consistent throughout translation revisions. - Compile terminology and information to be used in translations, including technical terms such as those for legal or medical material. - Discuss translation requirements with clients, and determine any fees to be charged for services provided. - Listen to speakers' statements in order to determine meanings and to prepare translations, using electronic listening systems as necessary.
