1.Handle the tasks of managing accounting of the organization ( a 190 person RO in Moscow and CIS: Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Georgia .Ensure compliance with both external regulations and internal policies and procedures.Play major role in providing and interpreting financial information. Ensure proper segregation of duties and control over Company assets. 2.Manage daily performance of the full accounting team (6 direct reports): AP, AR, GL to ensure all transactions are recorded and properly classified in accordance with US GAAP, reconciled on a monthly basis.Manage all closing and reporting procedures. BS reconciliation, commentary P&L analyze. 3.Full responsibility for Human Recources and Payroll ( salary&tax calculation,mass salary updates, employment law advice, ). Ensure accurate reporting to Tax Authorities and Funds. Maintain salary /taxes calculation algorithm up-to-date with local legislation. 4.Full responsibility for customer invoicing, coordination with Sales to maximize cash collections and minimize the number of poor performing customer accounts. 5. Cash management. Cash flow for the month and cash flow forecast. 6.Communication with external/internal auditors and tax bodies.

Manage the entire Payroll process :3 Legal Entities, Two business units, 22 Locations, 9000 employees. Ensure accurate salary calculation, taxation, reporting to Tax Authorities. Monitor tax and labour regulations to update salary calculation algorithm Ensure proper salary cost allocation. Supervise payroll staff of 12 accountants.
