Dell DNS contract was exclusive from 2010 to 2013. Bestcomp Group got new contract in year 2014. – 2010 - 2013
o Acer contract negotiating and management – quarterly target negotiating, financial terms improvement (60 days, 1 200 000$), binding relations between DNS - Acer teams (accounting, product management, logistics, authorized service center). Acer had an exclusive contract with Bestcomp Group from 2006 to 2011. – 2011 – 2013
o Lenovo contract negotiating and management – quarterly target negotiating, financial terms improvement (60 days, 1 200 000$), binding relations between DNS - Lenovo teams (accounting, product management, logistics, authorized service center). Lenovo had an exclusive contract on retail products with DNS for two years from 2011 to 2013. – 2011 – 2013
