Trade Marketing Manager
Azerbaijan · On-site Develop and execute trade marketing strategies for the Off-Trade channel(MT, TT, WH) — including Modern Trade, Key Accounts, Convenience, and Wholesale — to drive category growth and strengthen brand visibility. Translate brand and commercial priorities into actionable channel and customer activation plans. Collaborate closely with Sales, Category Management, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on pricing, assortment, and promotional strategies. Develop tailored programs for wholesale partners, including incentive schemes, loyalty initiatives, and sell-out acceleration activities. Monitor sales performance, shopper insights, and ROI of trade marketing activities to optimize investment efficiency. Drive flawless execution of brand activations and commercial campaigns across all Off-Trade touchpoints. Manage trade marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum business impact. Strengthen relationships with key accounts and wholesale distributors to secure long-term growth and execution excellence.
