Performs reporting, risk assessments and auditing and observes all QHSE related activities and policies within a location. Ensures operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner and in conformance to federal, provincial and company safety regulations by integrating and implementing company and third-party QHSE policies and procedures. Performs post-incident investigations and communicates with the QHSE Manager and others until all action items have been closed. Files QHSE documents and participates in job risk analysis and continual improvement. • Develop, maintain and improve the business Integrated Management System to underpin QHSE and operating standards • Maintain a contract risk register, reviewing QHSE risks and escalating where appropriate • Support the training and development of all staff to ensure awareness and understanding of QHSE Standards and the relevance to business objectives. • Implement the Crisis Management Plan across all Clusters and ensure robust line of escalation exists. • Provide a single business focus for accident and incident reporting and assist with subsequent investigation process; provide trend analysis to Contract Management Team to support and provide focus for driving positive behaviors and culture within the business. • Maintain quality, safety and environmental systems; implement and audit to achieve compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

This to include that all staff are receiving the relevant Occupational Safety, Health (Hygiene), and Environmental trainings and seminars mandatory to the legislative requirements of the Russian Federation and all equipment have necessary certifications and passports to be used with regards to RF Authorities Requirements. • To develop and improve HSE Document Control and Quality Systems due to have all levels required documentation for EKARMA team and our Contractors/Subcontractors. • To develop and monitor Job Safety Analysis, Journey Management Plans and Rigging/Lashing Plans for each type of cargo shipping document control. • Prepare the reports and submit them to the Client on any EKARMA incidents/accidents, maintains effective system of incident and accident reporting and investigation for the prevention of reoccurrences. Personal Protective Equipment is provided and to ensure that all relevant project Safety requirements are complied with.
