Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales Represent Hotels in various events and exhibition. Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients. Able to provide Quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the properties, develop professional long term business relationships. Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times. Participates in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business. Develop strong relationships with on property front office team to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve the same goals.

Hotel officer

Check in and check out. Preparing invoices for guests. Replying to guest's requests and resolving their issues.

Answering telephone calls from guests seeking to make or cancel hotel reservations. Always greeting arriving guests in a friendly and professional manner according to Park Inn by Radisson Hotel standards. Perform accurate check-ins and check-outs of guests daily. Assign rooms, issue keys and ascertain guest payment and billing information. Answering guest requests for assistance and coordinate with housekeeping, bell service staff and management to fulfill guest requests. Provide guests with access to hotel services, forward in-room meal requests and ensure that mail, faxes and packages are delivered in a timely manner. Deal with irate guests and find ways to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction. Assisting guests with ground transportation, restaurant or entertainment reservations and providing other information about the locale. Upon check-out, calculate the guest's final bill and collect payments. Responsible for a cash float throughout shift and ensuring it balances correctly at the end of shift. Adhere to all fire and emergency procedures. Keep work area neat and tidy.
