• Leads the projects being matured to Define Phase. Contributes to subsurface and wells work scope definition. • Delivers integrated Decision Analysis (include economics) for opportunity focus decisions • Develops overall Project Execution Strategy, project cost and schedule supported by level of technical definition commensurate with the decision gate. • Manages project contractors, and drive accountability for agreed cost, schedule and quality and report on progress. • Ensures integration of work being undertaken by separate contractors is a coherent assessment of the overall project opportunity. • Identifies, assesses and manages Health Safety Security and Environment (HSSE) hazards and risks: deliver HSSE related project deliverables, and ensure compliance with HSSE policies, procedures and standards. • Manages technical project issues, risks and change requests. Ensures Project Risk management/coordination. • Ensures Internal Stakeholder management creating alignment across disciplines, departments and organizations. Performance: FEDM for satellite project with total installed cost $300-600 million • Project management: organize project team to reach define phase, budget to mature project till DG2 was endorsed • Subsurface and wells activities were completed (Well design concept, production forecast, etc.) • Surface: technical part of feasibility study was completed • C&P: all necessary contract to reach Select phase were signed, contracting strategy for Select phase was developed • Site Survey: metocean survey were organized to minimize project delay at Define phase • Professional knowledge: nominated to Front End TA3 expert (Shell methodology)

Planning and implementation of conceptual and pre-FEED (hereinafter referred to as Works) on offshore field facilities development. • Organization of tender procedures, evaluation of technical and commercial proposals, the formation of contracts for Works on the offshore field facilities development. • Control of development, coordination and acceptance of Work documentation in terms of field facilities development. • Participation in negotiations with potential partners of PJSC Gazprom Neft regarding the development of offshore fields. • Evaluation and preparation of technical and economic opinions on the documents developed by project and engineering companies regarding offshore fields facilities development.

West Qurna 2 Project is $5 billion Brownfield Project in the South of Iraq. Oilfield resources more than 12 billion barrels. Current production is 400 thousand barrels per day. Responsibilities: - Identification unsatisfactory engineering work of contractors (in technical documentation, drawings) at FEED stage and ensuring correction mismatched tie-in points, physical connections in piping, pipelines etc. between subproject facilities (gas treatment plant, central process facility etc.). - Developed procedures for monitoring and coordination between project team and contractors in the implementation of tie-in points between subprojects. - Coordinate the work of subproject engineering teams in preparing work packages needed for further detailed engineering and construction of tie-in points.

Responsibilities: -Offshore and onshore field facilities development of the projects on feasibility study and conceptual design phases (e.g. projects Etinde in Cameroon was bought by the Company). -CAPEX & OPEX estimation (class V by AACE), scheduling (high level) of the projects on feasibility study and conceptual design phases (e.g. Company decided to drill exploration well at the project Block 10 in Iraq). -Field Facilitates and CAPEX & OPEX review of projects on Feasibility Study, Conceptual Design, Pre-Feed, FEED and Detail Design (e.g. Company made Final Investment Decision at Shah-Deniz 2 Project in Azerbajan). My achievements in other projects: Jenis (Kazakhstan) - developed conceptual design to justify LUKOIL position in negotiation with KazMunaiGas. Block A (Saudi Arabia) - approved capital expenditures of the project with Ministry of Oil of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to negotiate about gas price.
