• Preparing all project contractual documentation (all types of contracts, including international purchasing); • Registration of entities, make amendments to the founding documents; • Preparation and implementation of policies and procedures (by-laws, protocols, decisions, regulations, PoAs etc.); • Coordinate legal department to be sure that the legal documents and other contractual documents are effectively drafted, reviewed, interpreted, and vetted; • Taking decisive actions on various legal matters; • Keeping contact with the different authorities and governmental organization for legal issues; • Preparation of reports for Senior Management staff; • General management of Legal department.

• Attend contract negotiations; • Advise clients concerning legal rights and obligations; • Prepare applications, statements and other documents for obtaining licenses, permissions necessary for implementation of activity of clients; • Prepare company procedures; • Consult clients on solving corporate, labor, contract and other legal disputes

• Answer calls and respond to emails; • Handle customer inquiries; • Manage and resolve customer complaints; • Provide customers with service and product information; • Backup translation of policies; • Assist with the creation of documentation for new policies and procedures.
