Maintenance Planner (Offshore)
Achievements:
Performed as SPA for 2012 TAR planned on Deep Water Guneshli offshore platform
Identified gap in weekly PMs generation process; increased WOs compliance metrics, adjusting weekly PMs generation date
Led projects and continuous improvement actions (new tags and PMs for diverter valves on Chirag platform, and implementation of right condition for work codes in all PSVs PMs for Shahdeniz platform)
Organized Pressure Safety Valves plugging surveys in all BP Offshore Platforms
Generated maintenance plan for HVAC vendors visiting Caspian offshore platforms.
Converted Rolls-Royce Turbines services from fixed based to meter based PMs.
Duties
Generated maintenance plans in Primavera 6, driving CAP (Constrained Activity Planning ) maintenance activities through 6/12 week planning window
Planning and scheduling of different rotating equipment-especially Rolls Royce Turbines, MOL pumps, air compressors.
Performed ongoing identification, suggestion and initiation of Maximo maintenance build improvements
Oversaw pressure Safety Valves Management
Accountable for daily review of created work orders to ensure work management processes are being followed and consistent and adequate data entry in work order fields. Identify coaching opportunities and coach work order initiators as needed.
Accountable for validating key work order fields during planning (target dates, priority, function, location, failure code, etc.). Responsible for including part numbers for materials, and ensuring material availability.
Accountable to create or update job plans in Maximo to include man-hour estimates, proper crafts, tasks, materials, procedures, drawings, tools and applicable technical specifications.
Used historical data to regularly review PMs to ensure job plans and frequencies are appropriate.
Ensured generic campaign maintenance job plans are suitable for execution, and suggested necessary changes to reliability and maintenance. This might include adding or updating PMs in Maximo.
Accountable for identifying and coordinating 3rd party service(s) for area-owned corrective and breakdown work
Led the WAPPR review meetings.
Accountable for maintaining backlog work orders, systematically reviewed all open/unscheduled work orders, facilitated backlog review meetings.
Developing reliability and maintenance KPIs, identifying area for improvements.
