Workstream work planning: lead planning activity for the workstreams, ensure accurate definition of scope for the team, support "Head of" in management activities across the team  Project Management tool use: champion the use of Teamwork PM across the workstream and provide accurate and timely information using the tool to technology management  Reporting: ensure consistent weekly reporting of progress against key dates and milestones using MS Visio and other tools, decisions and plans for the following week  Risk and issue management: undertake daily risk/issue identification, response planning and resolution, articulate and escalate as required  Project communications: support and where required lead, the dissemination of project communications across workstream team, represent workstream at managers meeting  Cross-functional projects: play a leading role in the management of projects for the purpose of crossfunctional collaboration, integration or complex problem solving  Support the Technology Mobilisation Manager in the effective mobilisation of the Technology workforce for the 2015 European Games. Support and help manage the relationships with other Functional Areas such as Accreditation, Uniforms, Catering, Training, Transport, Workforce Management and Accommodation.that will provide services to the Technology workforce to enable them to deliver the Games.  Supervising the staff, scheduling and rostering; entering data in the ATOS Workforce Scheduling System Reporting into Lead Project Manager

Familiarization with the activities of the Department  Comprehensibility of risk management strategies and methodologies  Participating in Pilot Risk Management Project for other Departments and supporting projects following deadline  Supporting managers in their daily activities, coordinating team members in order to deliver tasks on time.

Researching the activities of different Financial Institutions such as Asian Development Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and many others  Analyzing new perspectives, preparing documents and necessary information for the Department - Translations of the documents from Azerbaijani to English and vice versa.  Preparing correspondence in Azerbaijani and English versions for Department and Government authorities, if required
