• Support for Logistics Marine Team within the Russian Inland Waterway System (RIWS) • Supervise and coordinate the assurance activities of the RIWS Marine Specialist Team • Liaise with and engage vessel operators, TSB Operators, Marine Warranty Surveyors, local authorities as required and as directed by RIWS or Caspian Fleet Managers • Conduct visits to MCVs and Tugs and engage crews on Operational Excellence (OE) requirements, expectations and performance • Support and assist with the coaching and mentoring of crews in conjunction with the Contractors. • Participate as FGP representative in incident investigations as required • Verify field based marine activities – provide assurance oversight to ensure that Contractors are following industry standards, laws, regulations and TCO/FGP/Chevron expectations • Validate vessel performance and provide feedback to the Fleet Managers on areas of opportunity for performance improvements (reliability and efficiency). • Liaise with Company Marine Safety, Reliability and Efficiency and Project HES procedures and assist the contractor to implement and execute against these requirements. • Provide on the ground checks and assurance inspections of vessels and facilities • Provide assurance over Lo-Lo and Ro-Ro of project cargo at various sites
