Project name: Crude Shipment Capacity (CSC) Project. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ • Overall responsibility for the Instrumentation Precommissioning, Commissioning & Startup of Four (4) Crude Oil Export Pumps, normal flow rate 21,000 tpd (1148 m3/hr) each. • Overall responsibility for the Instrumentation Precommissioning, Commissioning & Startup of Closed Drain Sump and Pump. • Overall responsibility for the Instrumentation Precommissioning, Commissioning & Startup of Instrument Air Compressor Package consisting of Compressors, Inter-stage coolers/After coolers, Wet Air Receivers, Filters. This package will provide all necessary instrument air for both the existing and new CSC facilities. • Overall responsibility for the Precommissioning, Commissioning & Startup of Dry Air Receivers. • Overall responsibility for the Precommissioning, Commissioning & Startup of Continuous Sampling Package. • Overall responsibility for the Precommissioning, Commissioning & Startup of ICSS SYSTEMS, including a New parallel SGP crude header, an Extension of existing CTF Manifold, a New CSC Switching Manifold for directing flow to/from new tanks T-031, T-032 T-033 & T-034; and Tie-Ins for future 3-GP rundown line and pig receiver • Managing Turnover from Mechanical Completion to Startup; and sub-sequential handover of Mechanical Components of the facility to the client • Produces Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports as required by the project

• Follow-up and control the work assigned to me by QC E&I manager and QC Project manager. • Follow-up the statues of ITP (Inspection and Test Plan), QCP (Quality Control Procedure), MS (Method Statement). • Follow-up the statues of DR (Damage Report) and NCR (Non- Conformance Report) to ensure closure. • Making the necessary adjustments like reviewing the Sub contractors ITP and QCP to conform to ISO Standards like ANSI (American National Standard Institute), NEC (National Electrical Code), NEMA (National Electrical Manufactures Association). • Planning and distribution of inspectors at each specific area to cover the entire project. • Ensuring installation inspection and testing reports are signed –off by the clients. • Coordination with the Project engineers regarding the design problems encountered in the field. • Quality Control surveillance of construction on a continues basis. • Identifying and recording quality problems and reporting to Construction Team as well as Quality manager. • Conducting Induction training for new staffs briefing about company quality management system and individual job responsibilities. • Conduct Tool Box meetings to update the QC inspectors with respect to job requirements and revisions in Standards and Specifications. • Verification of approved materials, test certificates and test reports to ensure incoming materials are conforming to project standards & specifications.
