- Assist the accounting department with financial information and forms for tax compliance needs - Review and approve annual budgets and projections - Closely scrutinize funds transfer and cash disbursement protocols within the organization - Coordinate physical inventory counts and cycle counts - Investigate cycle counting variances and resolve issues - Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies - Monitor performance of financial employees and recommend action to human resources department when necessary - Maintain external relationships with vendors and suppliers outside of the organization - Approve procurement - Preparing Financial reports on monthly, quarterly and annual basis - Cash Flow analysis and reporting

- Proceed effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery - Control rate levels to be sold on a daily basis and the occupancy levels - Maintain good working relationship with all Front Office employees with particular emphasis on Front Desk Agents and Guest Services - Supervise all Front Desk employees ensuring guests are taken care of in a professional and friendly manner - Control and verify all cashier closures of Front Desk Agents on shift end for billing and attachment accuracy - Ensure all guest registrations are completed and correspond with Opera/Fidelio PMS guest information
