*Liaise with freight forwarder to organize shipments to Azerbaijan in the most cost effective manner; *Manage local and international purchasing, establishing a procurement system for effective cost control; *Assistance for getting VAT Exemption Certificates from Tax and Customs authorities; *Placing orders, order tracking order follow up (assuring orders received complete without shortage, overage or damage); *Source-out local and international equipment/stock as per Baku's Operational requirements; *Leading negotiations with foreign and local suppliers, prepare service and purchase contracts, establish and manage forecasting and demand planning processes, supervise raw materials order quantity according to the given sales; *Control of local stock, spare parts, equipment, chemical and other material requisition; *Prepare shipping documents for Customs; *Writing off goods from stock, prepare delivery notes and coordination of delivery and *Monitor local inventory ;

* Work and coordination with Company's Worldwide Logistics Department to provide logistical support; * Import & Export, Transportation; * Customs Clearance, Temporary Import/Export extensions of equipment, etc; * Inventory Control; * Follow high level order on the transportation, supply, security and delivery; * Travel to Company's worldwide branches to improve RTMS and submit recommendations for process improvements; * Presenting reports and demonstrating Quality Assurance procedures to clients; *Weekly update on status of orders being submitted to Operations: ensuring accurate tracking of all imports to Azerbaijan and maintaining accuracy on filing system for all shipments; *Leading negotiations with foreign and local suppliers, prepare service and purchase contracts, establish and manage forecasting and demand planning processes, supervise *raw materials order quantity according to the given sales and; *Control of local stock, spare parts, equipment, chemical and other material requisition ;

(Casing & Tubular Services) Workshop Assistant/Equipment Controller * Preparation of Delivery/Receiving Tickets; * Purchase of equipment and PPE, etc; * QAQC/HSE Assistance; * File and control of official HSE project documentation; * Monthly Preparation of Incident Statistics Reports ; * Prepare Tax Computation for Local & Ex-pats ; * Visa/Police Registration of Ex-pat employees; * Inventory ; * Working with Vantage System of BP, certifications, etc. ;

* Preparation and submitting contracts with Foreign Companies (Chopard, Faberge, Chaumet, Dupont, etc.) in Switzerland, France, Italy. ; * Providing the import and sale of the above-mentioned companies' products. ; * Controlling accounts, bookkeeping and other financial operations. ; * Responsible for the sale and personnel.

* Working in acceleration process of Azerbaijan Accession to the World Trade Organization; * Participation in preparation of the Memorandum on Foreign Trade Regime of the Republic of Azerbaijan; * Distributing questions submitted by the Secretariat of the WTO between involved government bodies and coordinating Ministry's and their activity, making correspondence with different governmental bodies, trade representatives in foreign countries. ;
