High profile management position accountable for the development, administration and support of the information technologies and information systems of the Bank. Develop tactics to increase automation of the banking activity and information security. Manage the IT infrastructure (network, exchange, helpdesk, desktop and laptop support). o System Administration (MS Windows XP) o Network Administration (MS Windows 2003 Server, 10 servers and over 90 PCs) o Corporate Email Administration (MS Exchange Server 2003) o Programming and Database Administration (RSL Macro-Language, Pervasive SQL 2002) o Applications management and support, like RS-BANK 5.1 (Universal Banking System), SWIFT Alliance Access 5.0 (System Management, BKE Responsible, Backup and Archiving Administration) Manage a staff of 3 (IT Manager, IT Assistant, Programmer). Responsible for the overall planning, organization and execution of all IT functions, including information security. Report to the Deputy Chairman of the Board.

Participate in community events to position the Bank as a leader within the territory. Manage a staff of 5 (IT Manager, IT Assistants, Programmer, and Web-master). Responsible for the overall planning, organization and execution of all IT functions, including information security. Report directly to the Chairman of the Board.
