At my last position in BP I have worked as General accounting analyst for 5 years. * Annual Working Plan and Budget Mapping ; * Wells Reconciliation of AGT Offshore platforms (Istiglal; Dede-Gorgud; HA) ; * Balance Sheet Integrity Reconciliation ; * Additional and Supplementary information reporting ; * Responsible for identifying, collecting, analysing and reporting manpower costs for intercompany settlements * Managed refunding process for South Corridor Advisor Panel (SCAP) Partners ; * Assisting Budget Responsible Officers (BRO) in understanding the current situation with existing contracts and call-off orders and raise issues with BROs as appropriate * Control over Delegation of Financial Authorities (DoFA) in respective area. ; * Coordinate Annual review of Policy and Procedure. Update the Guidelines ; * Support annual and interim audit held by Group/Partners/External auditors ; * VOWD collection, estimation and accrual submission for posting in SAP ; * Implementation of Sangachal Terminal Diesel and Power consumption/allocation models * Facilitate the invoice tracking and ensure timely financial and technical verification of invoices * Maintain of Sangachal Terminal timewriting process (close to 500 time writers) ; * Verification and coordination of vendor invoices to ensure suppliers are paid to agreed contractual terms. * Develop and maintain co-operative relationship with key contacts such as budget holders, cost analysts, user departments & vendors * Registration of vendor invoices and routing them to the respective AP Analyst

* Review sub divisions financial reports and data from Holding units on completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations. * Preparation of various regular and ad-hoc statements for managerial purposes

Bank accounts management and Bank Accounts Reconciliation Statements preparation ; Verification and coordination of invoices ; Intercompany accounts reconciliation with group and non-group companies

Leading Operations team; Control over processing of customers' transactions ; Authorization of payments (including international transfers) Preparation of monthly and on demand (for Central Bank) reports on deposits ; Accept and process customers' documents.
