HotelCompas is an international leader in aviation services, specializing in arranging accommodations for airline crews and passengers during disrupted flights. Our clients include some of the largest airlines, and our partner network spans over 7,000 hotels in 62 countries.
We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team and strengthen our client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with airline clients, from daily communication to strategic discussions;
- Ensure that commitments to clients and partners are fulfilled on time and to the highest standard;
- Review and reconcile registries, handle documentation, and support reporting processes;
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with clients regarding payments;
- Analyze client needs and propose additional services to support their operations;
- Collaborate with internal departments (Reservations, Finance) to address and resolve client requests efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in B2B client management, particularly with large corporate clients;
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on trust and mutual benefit;
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a knack for handling documentation;
- Fluency in English (С1 or higher), in Russian (C1); additional languages are a plus;
- Proficiency in CRM systems and strong Excel (or Google Sheets) skills;
- A proactive attitude and a desire to grow within a fast-paced international company.
