Job Summary:

At a1qa, we are seeking an exceptional and highly motivated Office Manager to join our esteemed team. As an integral part of our organization, the Office Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our dynamic office environment. With a strong focus on creating an organized and efficient workspace for our valued employees, the Office Manager will take charge of various administrative responsibilities, such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and meticulously managing office supplies. By fostering a productive and harmonious work atmosphere, the Office Manager becomes an instrumental contributor to the success and cohesion of our team.

Responsibilities:

- Order and manage office supplies, including inventory and restocking.

- Maintain the office's functionality and cleanliness.

- Organize employee access to the office.

- Perform tasks assigned by the manager.

- Manage document flow, including receiving, organizing, and storing incoming and outgoing documents, interacting with the accounting and HR departments, providing necessary reports to the finance department, transferring necessary documents between regional offices, and maintaining and organizing documents related to business trips.

- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.

- Notify management of any maintenance issues or needed repairs.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an outstanding office manager or similar leadership role, demonstrating a track record of successfully managing complex administrative tasks with exceptional attention to detail.

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification/ Bachelor's degree in a humanities field

- Proficiency in both Azerbaijani and English languages.

- Comprehensive knowledge of document management practices, showcasing the ability to efficiently handle, organize, and store incoming and outgoing documents.

- Strong independent work ethic, coupled with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Exceptional organizational skills, ensuring efficient task prioritization and timely completion.

- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
