The IT company Andersen invites an experienced Business/System Analyst to join its team on a project in the field of FinTech.
The customer is the first and largest bank of Azerbaijan. It serves more than 5 million individuals and 22 thousand legal entities in different sectors of the economy. The bank offers a wide range of banking products and services, as well as participates in social and cultural projects. It cooperates with leading international financial institutions, such as Citibank N.A., Standard Chartered and HSBC, and maintains strong partnerships with Mastercard and Visa.
The project is a unified loyalty system for several products of the holding.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying business needs and working with stakeholders to document and clarify requirements for solution development.
- Analyzing and optimizing current business processes, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Describing and analyzing interactions between Frontend and Backend, using tools like Swagger and Postman for API wor
- Analyzing and documenting data mapping processes for correct system integration.
- Analyzing and optimizing processes related to banking products and services.
- Collaborating with developers, testers, and project managers to implement business requirements.
- Effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical parties to explain solutions and results.
Must-haves:
- Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering, preferably in the banking industry.
- Experience in both business analysis and systems analysis for 3+ years.
- Experience with Swagger.
- Experience reading and describing APIs 5. Experience with Postman.
- Experience describing interactions between Frontend and Backend.
- Experience in data mapping 8. Familiarity with banking products and services.
- Experience in mobile application development, including knowledge of mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and mobile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes and systems.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure that business requirements are met.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
