Requirements:

• Strong background in logistics and integration processes;
• Minimum 3 full life cycle implementation experience from blue print to go live for SD and/or MM module;
• Proven functional consulting experience with experience in system implementation/migration projects;
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
• Experience with ERP and S/4HANA;
• Experience with Agile/Activate methodologies;
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
• SAP certification(s) strongly preferred;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
• Polish (written and spoken) advanced or better;
• English (written and spoken) upper-intermediate or better

Responsibilities:

• Leverage functional SAP expertise to configure and optimize MM solutions, ensuring seamless procurement and supply chain processes.
• Design and implement enterprise and procurement organization Structures to align with business needs.
• Manage and enhance purchase order processing workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee Available-to-Promise (ATP) & MRP to support seamless inventory and order fulfillment.
• Configure pricing strategies to ensure accurate cost calculations and compliance with business policies.
• Optimize delivery processing to improve order tracking and fulfillment timelines.
• Maintain and refine Customer Master Data to support seamless transactions and reporting.
• Ensure smooth Invoicing & Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes for automated and error-free transactions.
• Drive Inventory Management enhancements to improve stock accuracy, reduce costs, and optimize warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and innovate SAP MM processes.
