SAP Solution Architect

SAP Architect designs and oversees SAP solution architecture, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals. You’ll lead architecture discussions, support sales and presales, and deliver solutions that drive success. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop scalable SAP solutions, assist with RFP responses, demos, and technical presentations, and provide deep architectural insights during sales cycles.

Solution Design & Architecture:

• Develop end-to-end SAP architecture to support business processes and transformation initiatives

• Define and document As-Is and To-Be business and technical processes

• Create scalable, flexible, and maintainable solutions leveraging SAP best practices

Integration Management:

• Design integration solutions between SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BTP) and external systems using middleware like SAP Integration Suite or SAP PI/PO

• Ensure seamless data flow across cloud and on-premises systems

System Configuration & Deployment:

• Lead the configuration of SAP systems to meet business requirements, including custom developments and enhancements

• Oversee system deployment, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables

Governance & Compliance:

• Define architecture standards, guidelines, and governance processes to ensure compliance with industry and organizational standards

• Monitor and evaluate system performance, identifying areas for improvement

Collaboration & Communication:

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and SAP consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams

Post Go-Live Support:

• Lead system optimization, troubleshooting, and upgrades post-implementation

• Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and ensure successful user adoption

Requirements:

Experience:

• Extensive experience in SAP solution design and implementation, including S/4HANA/SAP ECC/SAP BTP

• Proven expertise in integrating SAP with third-party applications and services

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP, FI, CO) and their interdependencies

• Expertise in SAP Integration technologies (e.g., CPI, PI/PO, API Management)

• Knowledge of cloud platforms, database systems, and SAP Fiori/UX principles

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects

Certifications (Preferred):

• SAP Certified Professional - SAP Enterprise Architect

• SAP Certified Application Associate – S/4HANA Architecture

• SAP Certified Professional - Solution Architect - SAP BTP
