Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for recruitment, including resumes screening, telephone communication, interview arrangement, hiring processes and so on.
  • Be responsible for handling on-boarding, resignation, transfer and probation procedures.
  • Be responsible for timesheet preparation, salary management and other relevant C&B work.
  • Be responsible for other HR related work,
  • Take in charge of local office's admin management work, including but not limited to stamp management, incoming and outgoing documents management and other daily office affairs.
  • Take in charge of document management, taking in and releasing the documents, textual materials.
  • Complete other work assigned by line manager.

Requirements:

  • Human resources management, administration management or other related majors, bachelor degree or above.
  • Have more than 5 years HR related work experience.
  • Azerbaijan and English as working languages, Chinese will be an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience in overseas company is preferred.
