KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluation of staff training needs, identification of employee growth areas and filling knowledge gaps
- Participation in the management evaluation process for supervisors
- Conducting training on the results of managerial evaluations for supervisors
- Development and adaptation of training materials for company employees and employees of partners in the region and the country
- Organization and conduct of full-time training for company employees and employees of partners.
- Conducting product and skill webinars for employees of the company and the region (online-training)
- Conducting product webinars for employees of partners in the region and the country (online-training)
- Conducting training at a point of sale of partners to draw attention to the product and remove primary objections and collect examples of objections, to broadcast their elaboration to company employees in the region
- Analysis of competitors and creation of comparative materials
- Participation in the recruitment process
- Participation in the process of adaptation of new company employees in the region
- Submission of monthly reports and additional reports at the request of the head
- Creating, conducting and reporting on the effectiveness of conducting face-to-face training using tests and AOS
- Drawing up and maintaining a schedule of daily activities (weekly)
- Providing reports about executed business trips
- Ad Hoc tasks from the manager
Additional responsibilities:

Carrying out communication with Irshad Service Center

Collecting logs for developers with big issues

Support KAMs for questions by partners

Update devices and control SW version

Research crisis cases, research global issues
PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Understanding the specifics of adult learning
- Good knowledge of digital gadgets (smartphones, laptops, software, etc.)
- Successful online and offline training experience
- Independence and proactive position
- Strong skills in Azeri and English, knowledge of Russian language is a plus
- Ability to go on business trips
- Related work experience minimum 1 year (experience in smartphone or other consumer electronics product industry is a plus)
- High presentation and communication skills
- Willing to work hard, grow as a professional and learn more
- Good at teamwork and information/knowledge sharing
- Creative and proactive thinking
