We are looking for a Key Account Manager (Airlines) to strengthen our partnerships with airlines and enhance service efficiency.
Responsibilities:

Managing and developing relationships with airline partners.

Negotiating contracts and service agreements with airlines.

Overseeing operational processes related to airline accommodations.

Ensuring seamless communication between airlines, hotels, and internal teams.

Analyzing airline needs and optimizing accommodation solutions.

Handling escalations and resolving airline-related issues.

Collaborating with internal teams to improve service quality and efficiency.
What We Expect from the Candidate:

Experience in aviation, travel, or hospitality industries is a plus.

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Russian (C1) and English (C1).

High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
