KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- In charge of the whole procurement process for category- based supplier selection (responsible for General procurement, Brand Marketing Procurement, Admin procurement and Production procurement)
- Lead the bidding, negotiation and price comparison strategies
- Provide management reports and key performance data and monitor cost savings on monthly basis
- Development of new vendors database
- New vendor qualification, collection of documents for new vendor registration
- Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications
- Coordinating work with marketing/retail/legal/finance/tax departments
- Reporting procurement result and strategy
- Releasing the manual PO
- Internal and external communication
- Document management
- Working with internal systems
PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE
- Higher education (bachelor’s degree or above)
- Related work experience (2+ years of experience in consumer electronics / fashion / retail / FMCG)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Strong command of the English language (Upper-Intermediate or above)
- Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (strong Excel skill is a must)
