Affiliate Manager (Turkey GEO / iGaming)

About Us

We are an international team operating in the iGaming industry. Our focus is on building and scaling successful affiliate programs across global markets. We are now looking for a motivated and proactive Affiliate Manager (Turkey GEO) to strengthen our presence in the Turkish market.

Responsibilities

• Search for and recruit new affiliates and partners in the Turkish market (Turkey GEO);

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates, partners, and networks;

• Analyze traffic performance and key metrics (CPL, CPA, ROI, etc.);

• Optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates and ROI;

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities;

• Collaborate with internal marketing and analytics teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in affiliate marketing (required);

• Proven experience in the iGaming niche (required);

• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and key performance metrics;

• Experience with SEO, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other paid traffic sources;

• Native-level Turkish (required);

• Russian — a strong plus;

• Proactive, fast learner, and eager to grow in a dynamic and promising field.
