Vacancy: Sales Specialist & Sales Manager /VIP Real Estate Project

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Sales Specialist to join our growing real estate team.

Key Responsibilities
-Assist clients throughout the full property buying/selling process
-Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations
-Maintain strong market knowledge and provide professional guidance
-Manage leads, follow-ups, and CRM updates
- Achieve monthly sales targets with a high level of professionalism
Lead, train, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies for off-plan, resale, and leasing
-Monitor team performance, KPIs, and individual agent productivity
-Generate and manage qualified leads and ensure proper follow-ups
-Build strong relationships with developers, investors, and key clients
-Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
-Ensure company policies
-Provide market insights, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis
-Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns
Requirements & Qualifications
Higher Degree
-Experience in real estate sales
-Strong communication & negotiation skills
-Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented
-Ability to build trust and maintain client satisfaction
-Russian, Azeri and English language must be fluent
-Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales
-Previous experience as a Sales Manager / Team Leader preferred
-Strong knowledge of off-plan projects, developers-
-Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage sales teams
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
-Target-driven, professional, and highly motivated
