Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of Business Analysis activities

• Assist in translating business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements

• Contribute to tailoring documentation frameworks to meet specific project needs

• Participate in requirements management processes to ensure traceability

• Help manage the project backlog and collaborate with the delivery team

• Interact with Product Owners and other stakeholders to define business needs

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership or a similar role

• Proficiency in generating core requirement types such as business, user and system

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban

• Understanding of project scope management fundamentals

• Background in business process modeling

• Capability to quickly learn new project domains and software development processes

• B2+ English proficiency for both verbal and written communication

• Advanced Azerbaijani language skills and willingness to collaborate with stakeholders on-site in Baku

Nice to have

• Experience applying AI technologies to Business Analysis tasks

• Understanding of core IT concepts relevant to integration projects
