We are building a talent pool for upcoming projects with our clients across construction, logistics, industrial, retail, and corporate services sectors in Azerbaijan.

As part of our planned business expansion, we are inviting experienced B2B Sales Professionals to join our Talent Pool. Selected candidates will be among the first to be considered for future openings with our partner companies as new projects become available.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients.
  • Conduct negotiations with executives and key decision-makers.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and client presentations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and performance objectives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong negotiation and business communication skills.
  • Experience working with corporate clients is an advantage.
  • Fluent Russian language skills are required.
  • English language proficiency will be considered an advantage.
  • Results-driven mindset and strong motivation for professional growth in sales.
