Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Associate to support our Customer Success team at Helio AI.

This role is focused on day-to-day client support, onboarding coordination and communication management. You will work closely with the Customer Success & Culture Lead and help ensure smooth communication and excellent support experience for our clients. This is an ideal role for someone starting their career in Customer Success, HR Tech, or SaaS support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client setup and operational end-to-end support - configure accounts, coordinate technical onboarding and ensure every new client goes live without friction
  • Be the first point of contact - respond to client questions quickly and clearly, troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed to keep satisfaction high
  • Drive a seamless onboarding experience - guide clients through their first steps on the platform, run walkthroughs and make sure they hit value fast
  • Keep data clean and operations tight - track client health metrics, maintain accurate records, and flag risks before they become problems
  • Bridge clients and the product team - collect and relay feedback, report bugs clearly and advocate for client needs in internal discussions

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to follow structured processes
  • Positive, service-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to learn and grow in Customer Success field
  • Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
  • Fluent in Georgian, English and Russian communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Internship or experience in customer support, administration, or operations
  • Interest in SaaS, HR Tech, or AI products
  • Basic experience with CRM or support tools
