Data Center Inside Sales Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible of managing Pipeline generation and selling Datacenter and Storage products to end user customers, managing the leads/activities of Account Executives and Inside Sales Representatives to deliver the Storage Sales Numbers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving sales targets by selling Storage solutions using outbound calling, consultative and influencing selling techniques to create results for Dell Technologies, our distributors and our customers
  • Qualify customer needs, profile and develop customer account strategies
  • Design Datacenter and storage solutions that meet the required customer needs
  • Be responsible for the storage pipeline generation and maintenance
  • Interacts with cross-functional groups (e.g., Partner Account Managers, Services, Software and Peripherals, Finance, Operation) to solve business and customer issues
  • Identify and influence customer key decision makers
  • Maintain SFDC pipeline updated constantly to avoid any non-compliant or Stale pipeline and partner enablement through regular workshops to refresh on Tech refresh rebate program and Storage loyalty pillar

Essential Requirements:

  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proven experience in Sales/Presales function
  • High understanding of the value proposition of main computer technology products/ services and ISG solution (Compute, Storage and Networking).
  • Proven ability to engage at Executive level
  • Ability to learn and understand product capabilities and competitive differentiators
  • Team player with personal drive and determination to succeed
