In the growth-driven advertising and marketing firm with a global client base, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to generate new opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences during the engagement process.
  • Use personalized outreach and social selling to effectively engage potential clients.
  • Work with account executives to meet sales goals, focusing on selling SaaS products to technical audiences.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to schedule sales meetings and demos, targeting key stakeholders in evolving markets.
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities and prospect communications in CRM tools.
  • Manage the Account Executive pipeline through cold calling and turning inquiries into prospects.
  • Create new leads, support marketing campaigns, and use sales development best practices to optimize revenue.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop communication plans aligned with sales objectives, and keep CRM updated with prospect info.
  • Apply coaching and training to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Proactively source new business opportunities and manage lead qualification and distribution efficiently.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
  • English C1 is mandatory
  • Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role
  • Excellent communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Prospecting, lead qualification, and utilizing CRM tools effectively
  • 3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Skilled in CRM and tools like Office 365, ZoomInfo, and Outreach.io to boost sales productivity.
  • Exhibit a problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and time management skills, vital for remote work success.
