Routing manager

A friendly close-knit team invites a talented professional to join us and work as an SMS routing manager.

Functionality:

Technical examination of all connections to protect the MNO (firewall);

Managing Blocking Rules;

Traffic monitoring and control;

On request / Regular stress test on available routes (on request);

Configuring Routing Rules;

Conducting test work together with the Company's partners;

Solving emerging problems with traffic routing;

Correspondence with the Company's partners, maintaining partnerships, protecting and defending the interests of the Company;

Maintenance of the Company's platform, including the installation of connections and maintaining them in proper working condition;

Firewall Solution Maintenance.

Requirements:

Experience with SMPP and SS7 protocols including Sigtran;

Experience with similar tasks from 1.5 years;

Higher technical education (Communication and switching networks);

Analytical mindset;

English - a confident level, the ability to speak both in writing and orally (regular communication with foreign partners);

Punctuality, structure;

Communication skills and the ability to summarize, consolidate information for relevant stakeholders and management;

The ability to take initiative, to think outside the existing framework;

Handle numbers easily;

Ability to negotiate, consult and provide technical support to partners;

Active work with the Internet (all types of browsers);

Work with any manuals, instructions, technical literature.
